Affirmations are used to help guide your thoughts and align you to the vibration frequency of your source!
When you use affirmations you consciously activate your guidance system.

They help you to release old habital thoughts that are holding you back from becoming who you are expanding into.
It is the broader perspective of all that you are.

An affirmation is a statement spoken in the present tense and used to state a desire.
Affirmations are a tool to use to help reprogram a negative belief and raise your positive
vibration.
A positive affirmation can have a negative vibration when you feel it is not true.

a positive vibration.

Rewording your affirmations:
Michael Losier suggest in†Law of Attractionâ€, that you use the statement “I’m in the
process of…..†He says the process of manifestation actually starts when you think about
your desire, talk about it, write about it, or when you give any kind of attention, energy
and focus. When you say “I’m in the process of….†That sentence becomes true and if it’s
true for you, it feels good, which is a positive vibration.
{     I’m in the process of mastering my life
{     I’m in the process of attracting more clients into my life
{     I’m in the process of being in excellent health
Adding a positive emotion to your sentence makes it true for you in the now.
Stating how having the experience of the affirmation be true makes you feel at the beginning of your sentence is very powerful.

{     I love knowing (how it feels, seeing myself, hearing) that my ideal partner is loving, romantic, a good communicator….

Can you feel/see/hear how the energy level is raised and making these statements allows you to talk about what you are creating in your life and believe it.
Below is a list of collected affirmations. Use affirmations daily for at least 26-30 days.
Find the ones that fit your desires now and see if it is true and you feel a positive vibration.
If it is not true work with adding emotional words that would reflect you having that desire or add the I’m in the process, making it true and positive for you now.Â
