“The Truth About The Law of Attraction”

Have you ever had a day where gravity just isn’t working for you?
Where you can’t keep your feet planted on the ground and your floating around in space?
Of course not! Because gravity is a LAW.
It doesn’t work some days and not work other days.
It’s always working, and you are experiencing the
effects of it all the time.
The Law of Attraction is a LAW.
It is a powerful force that is constantly
operating whether you are aware of it or not.
You aren’t mindful of the Law working in
your life, any more than you consciously think about the Law of Gravity.
When you spill a glass of water,
you don’t say, “that darn Law of Gravity!”
Even though gravity was the underlying law at work in
that accident. It’s the same with the Law of Attraction as it works in your life.
If that is true it means that what you have right now (or don’t
have right now) is-on some level-exactly what you want.
The abundance and the debt.
Your joy and your suffering.
What you want and what you don’t want.
You are attracting it all. Why? Because your conscious thoughts aren’t all there is!
Beneath the surface of your thoughts is a complex collection of beliefs that are
exerting an extremely powerful magnetic force in your life.
Those beliefs become habits which influence your actions.
When these subconscious thoughts are in alignment
with what you consciously intend, you attract it.
But, if there are thoughts and beliefs that run contrary to your conscious wants you
will not attract them, no matter how much you want them consciously.
Even if you do achieve them temporarily, you will
ultimately lose them.
The strength of your unconscious beliefs and thoughts will ultimately win out.
This is not cause for beating one’s self up or feeling a failure.
You weren’t aware of the unconscious beliefs
at work underminding your wishes. One of the the comments I hear from people
about the Law of Attraction is that it works sometimes and not others
which causes them to feel confusion and frustration.
They don’t trust the law to work for them, they loose faith.
They are inspired by the idea of the Law of
Attraction, but feel it is failing them on
a day-to-day and moment-to-moment level.
Are you getting some of what you want, but not all of it?
Do you feel like the Law of Attraction “works” for you sometimes?
Are there things you want in your life that you don’t really believe you can have?
Have you already experienced the incredible power of the Law of Attraction,
and are you ready to take it to a whole new level?
So, how do you get rid of the obsticules and attract to you
whatever it is you’re trying to achieve?
6 ways to clear contrary beliefs enhancing your ability to attract your conscious wants?
1) Witness your thinking.
What do you spend your time thinking about?
Is it positive thinking and beliefs about what you want?
Or are you focused on all the things you don’t want showing up in your life?
Doubts, fears, worry, shoulds, should ofs, other people …..
Trouble catching your thoughts, pay attention to your moods or feelings.
Feeling good or bad, expanded or contracted, excited or bored, anxious or calm,
worried or positive?
Ask yourself, “what are you believing to feel the way you do and what are you
having to think to believe it?”
2) Be Clear about what it is you want to attract to you.
You are telling the universe what you want to attract to you by
what you think and focus on.
If you are not clear you will get fuzzy results.
Write down with as much detail as possible or the feeling you want with the outcome.
It is the outcome that you want to pay attention to, not how you are getting there.
3) Visualize with high energy feelings (love, excitement) the
outcome you want everyday, consistently with no attachment to
the outcome for 26-32 days without skipping a day.
You are planting seeds, putting attention on what is important to create in your life.
Compare it to tending to a garden. You plant the seed (what you want),
and then you water it, give it sunlight, weed around it, fertilize it and
then you trust that it is doing it’s job to to grow (produce the desired results or better).
There is a time to plant, tend and harvest.
Be patient and trust the process…they don’t happen on the same day. Keep planting seeds and focusing.
4) Be grateful for what you have at this time.
Be aware of the richness of your life already and share it with others.
Wanting gets you more wanting.
The more you appreciate this moment the more whatever you
desire will come forth through that moment of gratitude.
The trick is to be happy now and more happiness will follow.
Be grateful/happy for this moment and playfully desiring more.
If your happiness depends on you getting what you want you are
living in fear of not having it and therefore thinking about what you don’t want.
4) Let go of the thoughts that are not benefiting you.
Stop the habits of thinking that gets you what you don’t want.
Fear, doubt, procrastination…
A positive attitude is a must!
When you remove the negitive thinking and beliefs you change the way
you see your world and events in your life which will bring different resuts.
If you are a worrier( praying for what you don’t want), switch to
praying for what you do want.
I know it isn’t easy…you have to break the habit and be consistent and persistent!
Sometimes this is the hardest thing to do because to let go because
means you are responsible for your life and you are not a victim.
Some people get attention by creating what they don’t want in their life.
It may feel uncomfortable doing something new.
Uncomfortable means you are growing.
5) Change your beliefs. Design new thinking habits.
Ask your self whether what you are believing is true or not.
Whose belief is it? Mom/Dad, religionous, cultural, media, peers, political…
Challenge the source of other’s opinions, is it their fears,
do they have your best interest in mind, what is their experience on the subject….etc.
Create new beliefs that are a positive expression of who you are
with a Life Coach, therapist, hypnotherapy, or on your own doing
The Work (Bryan Katie), Option (Bruce Di Marsico), using vision boards,
audio and affirmations (done properly)….etc.
6) Love yourself…forgive yourself, stop judging and comparing.
You have to be willing to receive and know you are worth whatever it is you want.
Be in the moment of now, loving who you are now, not a memory of who you were.
Every moment you are creating your life for yourself. Create it will Love!
Ask yourself, “How good can I stand my life to Be if I was really loving myself?”
Everyday, multiple times look yourself in the mirror and love what you see.

Divine creator, farther, mother, son as one … if I, my family, relatives, and ancestors have offended you, your family, relatives, and ancestors in thoughts, words, deeds, and actions from the beginning of our creation to the present, we ask your forgiveness … Let this cleanse, purify, release, cut all the negative memories, blocks, energies, and vibrations, and transmute these unwanted energies to pure light … And it is done.”
Second, the way Dr. Hew Len (co-author of Zero Limits) like to heal is to first say,
“I’m sorry” and “Please forgive me.” You say this to acknowledge that something — without you knowing what it is — has gotten into your body/mind system. You have no idea how it got there. You don’t need to know. You’re not asking the Divine to forgive you; you’re asking the Divine to help you forgive yourself.
From there you say, “Thank you and I love you.” When you say “Thank You,” you are expressing gratitude. You are showing your faith that the issue will be resolved for the highest good of all concerned. The “I love you” transmutes the energy from stuck to flowing. It reconnects you the the Divine. Since the zero state is one of pure love and has zero limits, you are beginning to get to that state by expressing love.
What happens next is up to the Divine. You may be inspired to take action of some sort. If you aren’t sure about the action to take, use this same healing method on your confusion. When you are clear, you’ll know what to do.
