Marilyn O’Malley, CPCC is a certified professional co-active coach trained with The Coaches Training Institute. She has been practicing in the health profession for 25 years.  Some of her additional trainings include relationships, licensed Passion Test facilitator, addiction recovery coaching, exercise, nutrition, body work, the laws of attraction , play, the mind, women’s health, stress management & meditation.

Marilyn has taught and coached CEO’s, executives, entreprenuers, 20 somethings, parents, couples, highly sensitive people, AD/HD, people with addictions and business owners.

Marilyn walks her talk and she has changed her life substantially over the last 7 years as a result of her own personal development and life coaching.  She follows her passions and heart, and in doing so left a 20 year marriage, moved across country and is redefining her life.

Because she practices what she coaches she knows the uncomfortableness of change, as well as, the incredible benefits. And she has discovered that fear is the other edge of excitement and the challenges of success create great learning.  She knows that successful people do what unsuccessful people are not willing to do.  She knows mastering yourself by managing your mind and your life is a process.

Marilyn’s work is one of her passions. She loves empowering others to be successful whether it is finding your optimum health, recovering from an addiction, creating a flow of abundance, finding and living passions, traveling, working less and making more money, finding happiness, creating a healthy relationship, or freedom of time.

Marilyn has been actively involved in a variety of roles as a professional and a member of the community. She has owned a successful massage therapy business which included individual education in exercise, nutrition, preventative health, and stress management. She created and ran a successful Health Practitioners Networking group on the east coast.  She is a founding member of NAWBO-Santa Barbara, Chair of the Santa Barbara Women’s Festival, and has helped build and coordinate volunteer groups for various organizations.
