Sober Living Life Coaching and Resources

Sober Living Life Coaching is an on going professional relationship that helps those who are in recovery from addiction to produce successful & healthy results in their lives, careers, relationships and businesses while moving forward in their recovery from addiction.

In Alignment Coaching teaches the clients how to align their thoughts, feelings and actions in order to manifest what they desire.  Each client is taught how they are responsible for creating their life and when they want to get what they want they have to make conscious choices rather than living unconsciously.

Sober Living Life Coaching accelerates the client’s progress in recovery by providing greater focus and awareness of choices, accountability, action steps, and responsibility. It concentrates on where clients are now, who they are willing to BE to enjoy a better tomorrow and action moving them forward feeling successful, empowered and obtaining their desired results.Through the process of Life Coaching for Sober Living, clients deepen their learning, create new and empowering references, build self-esteem and enhance their quality of life.

Some Topics we address:
How did I get here?
Who am I? Really
What do I desire? What am I passionate about?
consciousness, energy, intention, action, fear, responsibility, self-esteem, security, love, anxieties, accountability, support systems, relationships, worry, spirituality …

Life Coaching affirms that there is innate health and wellness in each of us.
All clients are believed to be creative, whole and resourceful.

The coaching process recognizes that results are a matter of the client’s intentions, choices, and actions. Building a strong inner idendity and creating a life worth staying healthy for is supported by the coach’s efforts and the application of the coaching process.I do not promote or endorse any single or particular way of achieving or maintaining sobriety, abstinence, or serenity or of reducing suffering from addiction.

Testimonials

Dear Marilyn,

We are writing to extend our gratitude for the time that you spent with our son, Michael. What you did with him helped him at a time that he needed it the most. It effected him in such a manner that he is becoming the person that he always wanted to be. He learned to think for himself, to act without hesitation and is acquiring more confidence is himself as each day goes by. Your patience and guidance has helped him to grow as a person and will be a part of him throughout his life. We thank you from the bottoms of our hearts.

Marilyn O’Malley has helped me accomplish so many things that I thought I was never capable of achieving.  She gave me the courage and inspiration needed to be successful in life.  As a sober living coach she has provided me with many different tools to help me cope with my addiction.  As a result of Marilyn’s coaching she has helped me find my own apartment, a job I actually enjoy doing, and I almost have a year of sobriety from working with her.  Marilyn was not only a good life coach but also a good friend.  I highly recommend her to anyone.                                                                           Mike C. 26yrs
